Product Availability

To help our customers understand the differences between the different stock availability in our items listed on SupremeWaterSales.com:

Stocked (In-Stock)

• "In-Stock" items will ship from our Florida Warehouse.
• Typically ships within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Stocked ("New Stock Arriving")

• "New Stock Arriving" means the item is on order and new stock will be arriving at our facility soon.
• ETA for shipment can vary depending on the manufacturer and/or suppliers.
• Once the item arrives at our Florida warehouse, it will be scheduled for shipping.

Supplier

• Items are typically in stock with our supply partners.
• We do not control inventory levels for these items.
• Subject to availability. If unavailable, we will notify you immediately.
• Typically ships within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Factory Direct (Manufacturer Direct)

• Shipped directly from the manufacturer’s facility to the customer.
• Usually ships within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• If the item is out of stock, allow an additional 10 to 14 business days for production.
• We will notify you of any major delays (e.g., backorders).
• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed with the manufacturer.

Manufacturer (Production Item)

• These are built-to-order products that require additional production time.
• Production times vary by manufacturer and item, but expect a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks.
• Once built, the item will ship directly to the customer with tracking provided.
• Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once placed.

Special Order

• These items are not stocked with the manufacturer or supplier.
• Must be ordered, built, and shipped into our facility before shipping to the customer.
• Cannot be shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier.
• Orders cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason once placed.
