By purchasing from Supreme Water Sales, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
With the exception of special order items, general orders may be cancelled without penalty until the order is shipped. Once shipped, it will be covered under the standard return policy below.
Special orders may not be cancelled for any reason once the order is placed.
We reserve the right to review all orders placed to determine legitimacy, as such, delays can occur if an order is placed with different billing / shipping information.
Shipping
We try very hard to fulfill orders in the shortest time possible. Many orders for normally stocked items are processed and shipped the same day. All orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed, with the exception of special order items.
If you provide an undeliverable address and your package is returned to us as undeliverable, or if address correction fees are applied, we will contact you to obtain a valid shipping address and you will be responsible for the cost to reship your item.
Supreme Water Sales 10-Year Limited Pump Warranty
Supreme Water Sales (“SWS”) warrants to the original purchaser that its water pumps and pump systems will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential, commercial, agricultural, and irrigation use for a period of Ten (10) Years from the original date of purchase.
Warranty coverage applies only to products installed and operated according to SWS installation guidelines and all applicable local codes.
Warranty Coverage Period
All eligible pump systems: Ten (10) Year Limited Warranty
Replacement parts and accessories: Five (5) Year Limited Warranty unless otherwise specified
What This Limited Warranty Covers:
During the warranty period, SWS may, at its sole discretion:
Repair the defective product
Replace the defective product or component
Provide an equivalent replacement product
Issue a prorated replacement or store credit based on product age and condition
This warranty covers defects caused by:
Manufacturing defects
Defective materials
Defective workmanship under normal operating conditions
What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover failure, damage, or wear caused by:
Improper installation
Improper voltage or electrical supply
Dry running or loss of prime
Sand, sediment, abrasives, or debris
Corrosion, scaling, or chemical damage
Freezing conditions
Acts of nature, flooding, lightning, fire, hurricanes, or natural disasters
Improper sizing or application
Cavitation or water hammer
Excessive pressure or operation outside published performance ranges
Abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
Improper maintenance
Use with incompatible fluids
Labor charges for removal, installation, diagnosis, or shipping
Freight damage
Cosmetic damage not affecting performance
Normal wear items including seals, bearings, impellers, capacitors, relays, pressure switches, control boxes, and gaskets
Conditions of Warranty
To qualify for warranty coverage:
Product must be purchased from Supreme Water Sales.
Proof of purchase is required.
Warranty registration must be completed within sixty (60) days of purchase.
Product must be properly installed according to applicable codes and manufacturer instructions.
Product must be operated within published specifications.
Warranty claims must be submitted promptly after discovery of the issue.
SWS reserves the right to inspect any product prior to warranty approval.

Limitation of Liability
Supreme Water Sales shall not be liable for:
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Water loss
Property damage
Crop loss
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Labor costs
Rental equipment costs
Downtime or delays
The remedies stated in this warranty are the purchaser’s exclusive remedies.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim:
Contact Supreme Water Sales
Provide proof of purchase
Provide model and serial number
Describe the installation and issue
Provide photos or videos if requested
Products may be required to be returned for inspection prior to warranty determination.
Disclaimer
This limited warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply.
Returns & Warranties & Restocking Fees
All returns can be categorized as one of three types, shipping damage, warranty claim, or a standard return. Details of each are shown below. The following terms and conditions will apply to all three types of returns: The original shipping amount is never refunded for any reason. You must call us prior to returning an item for authorization and to obtain an RMA number. Please include this RMA number and / or a copy of your invoice with the return, as it will greatly speed processing time.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you receive an RMA, they are ONLY Valid for 30 DAYS. Failure to return an Authorized RMA back within 30 DAYS will result in a 25% Restock Fee.
Return shipping will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. We strongly suggest that any return be sent both traceable and insured, as we will not be liable for items that are damaged or lost on the way back to us. Warranty claims over 90 days old will be issued in check form and mailed to the billing address of the order.
We are not liable for, nor will we issue refunds for, products that are damaged during installation, or because of incorrect installation. Same applies if the product purchased is not appropriate for the application, or is not being used as intended by the manufacturer. We accept no liability for any harm or damage, either direct or incidental, that may arise from the use of any product that we sell, regardless of the products use. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for proper handling, installation, and operation of any product we sell.
We offer no warranty, either express or implied, beyond what is provided by the product manufacturer's warranty. Damnaged or slightly damaged products are not covered by warranty.
Shipping - Lost Package Claims / Damage Claims
Lost Package Claims - It is the customer's responsibility to be available for all shipments. We are not liabile for Lost Package by Carrier.
If your item shows it been delivered, according to FEDEX or UPS tracking, we highly encourage you to check with other family members and neighbors just to make sure it was actually delivered. All Lost Package Claims MUST be reported to us with in 3 business days from the date the shipment tracking shows item(s) being delivered.
A lost package claim will typically take between 2-4 weeks to complete by shipping carrier claims investigators.
Lost Package Claims investigations will require investigator and/or driver to return to the place item was delivered. Also, if used in your area, the Claims Team will review all Photo's of Deliveries - based on Location/Date & Time of Delivery.
Shipping Damage Claim - we require damage to be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. Cometic Damage is Not Covered by Carriers.
Customer will be required to send Photos of the Damage to sales@supremewatersales.com.
Carrier will issue a damaged call tag and customer MUST have item Repacked with ALL original packing materials & box. Cusotmer will then have item Available for Pickup for the Damage Call Tag.
Replacement Items - we WILL NOT ship any replacements items for Damage / Lost Items till Shipping Carrier Completes the Lost Claim Process or Damage Claim Call Tag Pickup.
Standard Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, and a restocking fee may apply. (see below).
Original shipping will not be refunded and return shipping will be the customers responsibility.
All items must be in new and resaleable condition. This means they must be in unused, unopened, uninstalled condition, in the original box, contain all of the original accessories and manuals, and any shrink wrap or protective seals must be in place. We will not accept damaged items or items that do not meet the above criteria for return. Buyer will have 15 days to provide us with, or make arrangements for, return shipping on any items that do not meet the above requirements. After which, we will have the option to dispose of the items with no refund due the buyer.
Restocking Fees Incurred on Approved Returns
Items can only be returned if can be sold 'as new' again. If box is damaged or heavily marked up, a 10% Restocking Fee could apply.
Replacement Water & Pool Filters (Unopened): 10% Restocking Fee - if filters were open or used in anyway we can't take them back.
25% Restock Fee will be Applied to ANY PRODUCT returns after 30 Days of an Approved RMA or WITHOUT an RMA.
Warranty Claims / Defective / DOA
Items may be returned as a warranty claim for the original warranty period as provided by the manufacturer and all warranty claims are subject to manufacturer's approval. Most, but not all, products we sell carry a one year warranty starting on the purchase date. Original shipping will not be refunded and return shipping will be the customers responsibility. All items will be inspected and tested upon return to make sure that they qualify for a warranty claim. We reserve the right to deny a warranty claim based on information gathered from, or provided by, the customer, and also from the inspection and test results. Some items may also require being returned to the manufacturer for warranty approval, this can often add significant time to the warranty process. If warranty claim is approved, credit in the amount of the original purchase price, or a replacement product will be sent at our discretion. If the warranty claim is denied, the buyer will have 15 days to provide us with, or make arrangements for, return shipping. After which, we will have the option to dispose of the items with no refund due the buyer.
Century Electric Pool Pump Motor:
Warranty for the Century Electric pool pump motors is 18 months from the time of purchase. The warranty time does not reset if a motor is replaced via warranty. The orginal warranty time of 18 from the orginal purchase date stays in place.
Also motors with water damage will not be covered under warranty. Signs of water damage can be seen by bubbling & peeling paint, rust and corrosion. See pics below for examples. If your motor looks like this when you remove it that means there has been excessive water damage ( flooding, failed seal or improper seal installation). Century Electric will deny these warranty claims.
