Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from Supreme Water Sales, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- General orders may be cancelled without penalty until shipped.
- Once shipped, the order is subject to our standard return policy.
- Special orders may not be cancelled once the order is placed.
- We reserve the right to review all orders for legitimacy. Orders with mismatched billing/shipping info may be delayed.
Shipping
- Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Some may ship the same day.
- If a package is returned due to an invalid address or correction fee, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Returns, Warranties & Restocking Fees
Returns fall into one of three categories: shipping damage, warranty claim, or standard return. Please review the conditions below:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You must obtain an RMA number before returning any item.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Returns after 30 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- We recommend traceable and insured shipping.
- Warranty claims older than 90 days will be refunded by mailed check.
- We are not responsible for damages caused during installation or improper use.
- No implied warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
Shipping – Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Package Claims
- You are responsible for being available to receive your shipment.
- If tracking shows "delivered," check with household members and neighbors.
- Lost package claims must be made within 3 business days of the delivery date.
- Claims may take 2–4 weeks to complete. Investigations may involve delivery photos and driver confirmation.
Shipping Damage Claims
- Damage must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- Cosmetic damage is not covered by carriers.
- Email photos of damage to sales@supremewatersales.com.
- Items must be repacked in original materials for pickup under damage call tag.
- Replacements will not be shipped until the damage/loss claim is completed.
Standard Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Items must be in new, unopened, unused, and resaleable condition with original packaging and accessories.
- Returns not meeting these standards will not be refunded and must be picked up within 15 days.
Restocking Fees
- Damaged boxes or marked packaging may incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Pool/Water Filters (unopened): 10% restocking fee. Opened/used filters cannot be returned.
- 25% restocking fee for any return after 30 days of an RMA or without an RMA.
Warranty Claims / Defective / DOA
- Warranty coverage is based on the manufacturer’s policy (typically 1 year from purchase).
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- All items are tested upon return. We reserve the right to deny a warranty claim based on results.
- Some claims require return to the manufacturer, which may extend processing time.
- If approved, we may issue a refund or replacement, at our discretion.
- If denied, the buyer has 15 days to arrange return shipping.
Century Electric Pool Pump Motor Warranty
- 18-month warranty from original purchase date (does not reset on replacement).
- Water damage is not covered – signs include bubbling paint, rust, or corrosion.
- Improper installation or seal failure causing water damage will void warranty.
