The Hydronix SWC-25-3010 filters, featuring polypropylene string wound construction, boast a 10-micron particle retention size and find application in both residential and commercial water filtration systems. With a 2.5" outside diameter (OD) and a total length of 30", these filters are crafted from 100% pure polypropylene cord, ensuring structural stability and resistance to a wide range of chemicals. The SWC series filters are versatile, catering to various filtration needs, including residential water filtration, whole-house systems, well water filtration, ice machines, film processing, beverage, coffee, analytical processes, wineries, and more. Poly Wound (aka: String Wound) Filter Cartridges can be used to remove dirt, rust, sand, sediment and silt from your water. Made from 100% Polypropylene cord, string wound cartridges can withstand tempertures
